Our promise covers any problems that might happen during the initial installation because of our work. If anything goes wrong, FloorDaddy will fix or replace your flooring for free during the warranty period.
Our promise guarantees that if there’s ever a gap wider than 3 millimeters between the boards after we install your flooring, FloorDaddy will fix it for free, keeping this promise for as long as the warranty lasts.
For laminate flooring projects of 300 square feet or more, FloorDaddy guarantees to provide an extra box of full-size planks during installation. You must store these planks flat and keep them accessible for any future replacements. If any damage occurs to the installed planks, we will repair or replace them using the extra planks provided for the entire warranty period. If you don’t have the extra box, you can purchase additional planks at the current retail price if needed. Please note that damage caused by furniture with wheels is not covered. Make sure to notify us within 7 days if you didn’t receive the extra box.
FloorDaddy’s 3-Part Lifetime Guarantee: We offer a 3-Part Lifetime Guarantee for residential customers. This guarantee begins after you’ve paid in full and the installation is finished.
